There is a video circulating of popular Catholic exorcist, Fr. Chad Rippberger, that throws into question the catholicity of the “gift of tongues” mentioned frequently by St. Paul and Our Lord Jesus himself. His video, in turn, is being used by a small but increasingly vocal segment of self-described “traditionalists” who, ironically, are actually departing from Sacred Tradition and the clear teaching of Sacred Scripture, as you’ll see.
