The Millstone

 

Jesus said to his disciples,
“Things that cause sin will inevitably occur,
but woe to the one through whom they occur.
It would be better for him if a millstone were put around his neck
and he be thrown into the sea
than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin.”
(Monday’s Gospel, Lk 17:1-6)

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be satisfied.
(Matt 5:6)

 

TODAY, in the name of “tolerance” and “inclusivity”, the most egregious crimes — physical, moral and spiritual — against the “little ones”, are being excused and even celebrated. I cannot remain silent. I don’t care how “negative” and “gloomy” or whatever other label people want to call me. If ever there were a time for the men of this generation, starting with our clergy, to defend the “least of the brethren”, it is now. But the silence is so overwhelming, so deep and widespread, that it reaches into the very bowels of space where one can already hear another millstone hurtling toward the earth.

A mighty angel picked up a stone like a huge millstone and threw it into the sea and said: “With such force will Babylon the great city be thrown down, and will never be found again.” (Rev 18:21)

Babylon, said Pope Benedict, is a “symbol of the world’s great irreligious cities.”^[1]POPE BENEDICT XVI, On the occasion of Christmas Greetings, December 20th, 2010; http://www.vatican.va/ St. John describes why in vivid detail:

Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great. She has become a haunt for demons. She is a cage for every unclean spirit, a cage for every unclean bird, a cage for every unclean and disgusting beast… Depart from her, my people, so as not to take part in her sins and receive a share in her plagues. (Rev 18:2, 4)

In 2006, I penned How to Know When a Chastisement is Near citing the very Scripture above. Of course, the innocents have been the victim in every generation of the “perverse and wicked” since the day Cain murdered Abel. But what sets our generation apart from any other is that the corruption of the young is both global and ubiquitous through the phenomenon of the Internet. 

It is too disturbing to go into any great detail as to what is taking place today. Nonetheless, the “now word” I am compelled to write finds its echo in recent messages allegedly from Our Lady to seers around the world. 

I do not want to weep any more; as you know, the times are approaching at great speed… The times are coming to an end… ^[2]ie. the end of this era, not the world, as the popes have emphatically stated for over a century. Mirroring that same chapter in Revelation where the angel hurtles the millstone, Our Lady offered hope without white-washing reality:

Beloved children, the plagues will be as many as the sins of the world… Beloved children, be confident because the new time is not very far away — it will be a time of love, of peace, where there will be no pain but only joy, and you will finally only act for the good. —to Gisella Cardia, November 5th, 2022

This generation is living in so much sin, greater than that of Sodom and Gomorrah (Gen. 19:1-30). At this moment, the cup is almost empty. —Our Lady to Luz de Maria, November 6th, 2022

And finally, 

The Most High permits me to be with you and to be joy for you and the way in hope, because mankind has decided for death. —Our Lady of Medjugorje to Marija, October 25th, 2022

These are no doubt ultimatums, in part, because once you assault the youth on such a global scale, you attack the very future. Today, the assault on the innocents and their innocence by the new “Herods” of our times is taking on many forms:

 

The New Herods

• Through pornography. Nearly every young man and woman today has been touched by this global scourge that stains the soul and drains it of purity and innocence. The destruction in young men, in particular, could impact families for generations to come.

• Through gender ideology. The introduction in schools of transgenderism — that one can pick and choose their gender, as though it is separate from their biological sex — is a heinous social experiment that has taken a truly diabolical turn. Now, educators and politicians^[3]cf. lifesitenews.com are pushing for children to have their breasts removed and their genitalia permanently altered — without parents’ permission — to assist them in their “gender creativity.”^[4]thepostmillennial.com This is a crime. In the surprising words of radical and oft-foul-mouthed comedian Bill Maher:

They’re kids, it’s all phases. The dinosaur phase, the Hello Kitty phase… genderfluid? Kids are fluid about everything. If kids knew what they wanted to be at age eight, the world would be filled with cowboys and princesses. I wanted to be a pirate. Thank God nobody took me seriously and scheduled me for eye removal and peg-leg surgery. —National Review, May 23, 2022

But the consequences are hardly a laughing matter. Joey Maiza was born a female and at the age of 27, medically transitioned to “male”. She was on hormone replacement therapy (testosterone) for 8 years, had a double mastectomy in 2014, and partial hysterectomy in 2016. She is now in the process of medically detransitioning back to female. This is her heartbreaking message to the world:

The complementarity of man and woman, summit of divine creation, is being questioned by the so-called gender ideology, in the name of a more free and just society. The differences between man and woman are not for opposition or subordination, but for communion and generation, always in the “image and likeness” of God. Without mutual self-giving, neither one can understand the other in depth. The Sacrament of Marriage is a sign of the love of God for humanity and of Christ’s giving himself for his Bride, the Church. —POPE FRANCIS, address to Puerto Rican Bishops, Vatican City, June 08, 2015

• Through sexually transmitted diseases. With this complete upheaval of human sexuality and experimentation, it is no surprise that sexually transmitted diseases in the United States are ‘out of control’ and in epidemic proportions,^[5]nypost.com as well as in Canada^[6]theglobeandmail.com and much of the West.^[7]healio.com Recall that in the 1958 account of The Naked Communist where former FBI agent, Cleon Skousen, revealed in shocking detail forty-five Communist goals, three of them were:

#25 Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

#26 Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”

#40 Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity, masturbation and easy divorce.

• Through censorship. By censoring God, prayer, and discussion of Christianity in schools, youth are being formed in atheistic and often Marxist ideology. 

#17 Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

#28 Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.” —The Naked Communist

• Through drugs and their increasing legalization. In America, a fentanyl crisis is ‘exploding’ as drug use has soared^[8]addictions.com with a dramatic spike in meth and cocaine deaths.^[9]pewtrusts.org This, while Europe has replaced America as the main cocaine market.^[10]impakter.com

• Through pandemic measures — the new normal. Much of the “behavioural despair” in recent times is due to the last three years and a cruel experiment on the young, who were not only robbed of childhood memories through lockdowns, but in many places, emotionally and physically damaged by mandates such as masking. 

Children born during the coronavirus pandemic show reduced cognitive, motor, and verbal performance compared to children born before the pandemic, according to a new study. —August 15th, 2021; israelnationalnews.com; see: “Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Early Child Cognitive Development: Initial Findings in a Longitudinal Observational Study of Child Health”

COVID rules are blamed for 23% dive in young children’s development: Disturbing study shows scores in three key cognitive tests slumped between 2018 and 2021, with face mask rules among possible culprits. —November 26, 2021, dailymail.co.uk

As some regions begin to toy with imposing mask mandates on the public again,^[11]cbc.ca; ctv.ca the science^[12]“More than 150 Comparative Studies and Articles on Mask Ineffectiveness and Harms”, brownstone.org; cf. “Unmasking the Facts” continues to be ignored of the massive harms this causes, most especially, to the “little ones”:

…masking children is as absurd, illogical, nonsensical, and potentially dangerous as trying to stop ‘every case of Covid’ or ‘stopping Covid at all costs.’ Masks are not needed for children based on near-zero risk in children. —Paul E Alexander MSc, PhD, March 10, 2021; aier.org

German neurologist Dr. Margarite Griesz-Brisson MD, PhD had warned that chronic oxygen deprivation through mask-wearing, especially for the young, amplifies “the degenerative processes in your brain.” Thus, she says, “For children and adolescents, masks are an absolute no-no.”^[13]Sept. 26th, 2020; youtube.com; cf. sott.net Indeed, a study printed in May of 2022 found that wearing a face mask results in exposure to dangerous concentrations of carbon dioxide in inhaled air, even when the mask is worn for just five minutes when sitting still.^[14]May 16th, 2022, lifesitenews.com; study: medrxiv.org Nonetheless, the child abuse continues.^[15]postmillenial.ca

• Through suicide. Despair, without hope, has dramatic consequences. Suicides in the United States jumped 29% among adolescents ages 15 to 19 over the previous decade.^[16]medpagetoday.com In Europe, emergency room visits for suicidal acts, suicidal thoughts and mood disorders have increased in all age groups among young people in 2022.^[17]lemonde.fr Suicide is the second leading cause of death amongst people aged between 15-29, a trend that has developed over the last 13 years. The Spanish branch of Save the Children warned that mental health issues amongst children had tripled during the pandemic, with 3% reporting suicidal thoughts. In Croatia, there has been a 57.1% increase in suicides in the 15-25 age group. In Bulgaria and Poland, suicides are also overall decreasing but cases among children and adolescents are going up.^[18]Jan 18, 2022; euractiv.com

But all of this takes a dark twist when we see governments — not stepping in to help young people with skills to cope — but passing laws to make it easy to receive “medical” assistance to simply kill themselves when under mental duress.

Canada’s extremely liberal euthanasia laws, which, next year, are set to be extended to include people suffering from mental health conditions and potentially minors, have been slammed for being reminiscent of the way the Nazis dealt with people with disabilities by a leading academic in the field. —Gus Alexiou, Forbes, August 15th, 2022

[The Nazis] used doctors to murder the weakest in [their] society. I thought doctors kind of agreed after the Second World War not to do things like this. A doctor’s job is to help people, make them better, not to kill them and give up on them when they’re kids! —Tucker Carlson, FoxNews commentary, October 26th, 2022; lifesitenews.com

• Through deliberate destruction by powerful globalists of a future of freedom, ambition and entrepreneurship. Aside from pandemic measures that were synchronized and funded by billionaires across the globe, the incomprehensible attempts to destroy fossil-fuel energy, restrict fertilizer for crops, and self-destructive sanctions against Russia have resulted in a near-total collapse of the global economy. All of this is a deliberate destruction of the present order in order to corral humanity into digital ID’s and digital currency such that every move and transaction can be surveilled and controlled.

All of this has led us to the brink of a man-made famine that has put hundreds of millions more on the verge of starvation, especially children. 

…a perfect storm on top of a perfect storm… 345 million… Within that are 50 million people in 45 countries knocking on famine’s door. If we don’t reach these people, you will have famine, starvation, destabilization of nations unlike anything we saw in 2007-2008 and 2011, and you will have mass migration. —World Food Program Executive Director David Beasley, September 23, 2022, apnews.com

 

The Great Millstone?

What I’m about to write is so politically incorrect that I’m not even going to bother apologizing to the delicate of heart.

In April 2020, I had a stunning dream that was more like a vision — and I’ve only had a few of these in my lifetime. I saw from earth an object like a huge, black and round “object” approaching in space that began to break up and hail down fireballs. I was then taken outside of our orbit where I saw all the planets in rotation and watched as this huge celestial object approached, chunks of it breaking off and meteors falling to the earth as it passed by. I have never seen anything so incredible, so stunning, and it remains vivid in my mind’s eye. In fact, the Lord has been warning me of such an event for years now but never so clearly. Of course, we know well the warning of Our Lady of Akita:

As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful.  —Message given through an apparition to Sr. Agnes Sasagawa of Akita, Japan, October 13th, 1973 

And then this allegedly from Jesus to Gisella Cardia the same month I had that dream. 

…soon the Warning will be upon you, giving you the choice to love Me or Satan. After that, balls of fire will descend on the earth and it will be the worst period for you, because catastrophes of all kinds will come. My Mother will protect you, placing you under her Blessed mantle: do not be afraid. I bless you all in the name of the Father, in My Name and of the Holy Spirit, Amen. —April 8, 2020

But even God’s justice is Mercy in Chaos, and for some, the last possible hope of salvation. As Our Lady said recently, “Do not be afraid for tomorrow if you are in Christ.”^[19]to Gisella Cardia, November 8th, 2022 This does not mean that those who are in Christ will not be called home tomorrow. Rather, that God will give all of us who are faithful to Him the grace to endure whatever suffering and trials we will face, including our death. Not before, not too late, but grace when we need it.

Finally, remember brothers and sisters, that God’s justice ultimately will establish His Kingdom of the Divine Will, the fulfillment of the ‘Our Father’. If the millstone is punishment for the wicked, it becomes an instrument of reward for the righteous through purification. In a dream, King Nebuchadnezzar saw that “a stone was hewn from a mountain without a hand being put to it, and it struck” a “terrifying, horrible” beast with “extraordinary strength” composed of several “kings” who would seem to dominate everything.^[20]cf. Dan 2:1-45, Rev 13:4 But this “stone” would destroy the kingdom of the beast:

In the lifetime of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed or delivered up to another people; rather, it shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and put an end to them, and it shall stand forever. That is the meaning of the stone you saw hewn from the mountain without a hand being put to it… (Dan 2:44-45)

 

How Much Longer?

There is a palpable cry among the Body of Christ: How much longer, Lord? In today’s Gospel, we hear Jesus promise:

Will not God then secure the rights of his chosen ones who call out to Him day and night?  Will He be slow to answer them?  I tell you, He will see to it that justice is done for them speedily. But when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth? (Luke 18:1-8)

And yet, God’s “speed” and ways are entirely different than our own. In 2006, Benedict XVI stood on the blood-stained grounds of Auschwitz and declared:

In a place like this, words fail; in the end, there can only be a dread silence — a silence which is itself a heartfelt cry to God: Why, Lord, did you remain silent? —Address by the Holy Father, May 28th, 2006; vatican.va

And here, I believe, is an answer:

Full right to pass definitive judgment on the works and hearts of men belongs to him as Redeemer of the world. He “acquired” this right by His Cross. The Father has given “all judgment to the Son”. Yet the Son did not come to judge, but to save and to give the life He has in Himself. —Catechism of the Catholic Church, n. 679

If God delays justice, it is not because He is indifferent to human suffering. 

The Lord does not delay his promise, as some regard “delay,” but he is patient with you, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

In eternity, no one will question the wisdom of God; His plans and mysterious ways will be made plain. Still, the “delay” of God seems incomprehensible at times. Yet, when we consider the rapid and systematic pace of the Great Reset that is creating revolutionary chaos in the nations, it would seem that the world is heading toward a massive crisis in the short term and, most certainly, a divine chastisement in the not-too-distant future. 

The Lord said to Cain: “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to me from the ground” (Gen 4:10).The voice of the blood shed by men continues to cry out, from generation to generation, in ever new and different ways. The Lord’s question: “What have you done?”, which Cain cannot escape, is addressed also to the people of today, to make them realize the extent and gravity of the attacks against life which continue to mark human history; to make them discover what causes these attacks and feeds them; and to make them ponder seriously the consequences which derive from these attacks for the existence of individuals and peoples. —POPE ST JOHN PAUL II, Evangelium Vitae, n. 10

We have crafted the millstone; we have hung it around our necks; and with every baby that is destroyed through abortion, we add more weight to it.

The greatest sin is abortion and I will not allow this evil to continue. These areas where the riches and powers of the world are most present will come tumbling down. —Jesus to Jennifer, January 23rd, 2005

How much longer before this dark era is over? We do not know. But when The Millstone has accomplished its purpose, crushing the wicked, a new era will be born. Of this, we can be certain.^[21]cf. The Popes and the Dawning Era; Dear Holy Father… He is coming!

Lo, the day is coming, blazing like an oven,
 when all the proud and all evildoers will be stubble,
 and the day that is coming will set them on fire,
 leaving them neither root nor branch,
 says the LORD of hosts.
 But for you who fear my name, there will arise
 the sun of justice with its healing rays. (This Sunday’s first reading from Malachi)

And we hear today the groaning as no one has ever heard it before… Pope [John Paul II] does indeed cherish a great expectation that the millennium of divisions will be followed by a millennium of unifications. —Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (BENEDICT XVI), Salt of the Earth (San Francisco: Ignatius Press, 1997), translated by Adrian Walker

But the heart of man is hard and not completely tired. Man has not yet touched the summit of all evils, and therefore he is not yet satiated; so, he does not surrender, and looks with indifference even upon the epidemic. But these are the preludes. The time will come! — it will come — when I will make this evil and perverted generation almost disappear from the earth….

…I will do unforeseen and unexpected things in order to confuse them, and make them comprehend the instability of human things and of themselves — to make them comprehend that God alone is the stable Being from Whom they can expect every good, and that if they want Justice and Peace, they must come to the Fount of true Justice and of true Peace. Otherwise, they will not be able to do anything; they will continue to struggle; and if it may seem that they will arrange peace, it will not be lasting, and the brawls will start again, more strongly. My daughter, the way things are now, only my omnipotent finger can fix them. At the right time I will place it, but great trials are needed and will occur in the world….

There will be a general uproar — confusion everywhere. I will renew the world with the sword, with fire and with water, with sudden deaths, and with contagious diseases. I will make new things. The nations will form a sort of tower of Babel; they will reach the point of being unable to understand one another; the peoples will revolt among themselves; they will no longer want kings. All will be humiliated, and peace will come only from Me. And if you hear them say ‘peace’, that will not be true, but apparent.
